대출 프로그램
CEDA 비즈니스 대출 자격요건:
- 미국 시민 또는 미국 국적을 가진 자
- 지난 2년간 연속으로 CNMI 거주자
- 최소한 18세 이상
- 신용점수가 620 미만인 경우, 좋은 신용과 채무 상환을 위한 충분한 소득을 가진 공동 서약자가 필요합니다.
- 일반적으로, 채무 대 소득 비율은 38% 미만이어야 합니다.
- 사업 예측은 매월의 대출 상환금을 충당하기에 충분한 매출/수익을 보여줍니다.
- 다른 채권자와의 어떠한 대출, 임대, 또는 금융 계약에 대해서도 현재 연체 또는 기본사항이 없습니다.
- 신청자나 다른 지원자 중에 신용 보고서에 부정적인 정보가 있는 경우, 해당 상황으로 이어진 어떠한 사정에 대한 간단한 설명을 포함하는 것이 좋습니다.
- CEDA 규정에 따라, 법인 주주와 LLC 구성원으로부터 개인 보증을 요구합니다.
- 해당되는 경우, 비즈니스 계획서나 예상에도, 사업을 개설하기 위한 구역 지정 및 허가 요건 및 비용과 관련된 정보를 포함하는 것을 권장합니다.
